New Features

Added the long-requested Keymix operator.
Added CameraShake gizmo.

Improvements
These are the improvements made to existing features in Nuke 4.7v3.

Small speedup (about 3%) when 2D transform is fed directly in as a 3D tex-
ture map.
Viewer time range in/out point markers now drag on Ctrl+click to avoid con-
fusion with changing current frame.
Small speed improvement on filtering/sampling.
Improved OFX support for single channel images.
Colour knobs on OFX plugins can now have viewer handles.
Added IBKGizmoV3 and IBKColourV3, deprecated IBKSplit (in favor of Key-
mix).
Viewer and postage stamp images use BGRA buffers on little-endian
machines. This should be somewhat faster on most modern machines.
Added ofx_plugin_path command to list paths searched for OFX plugins.
Added some more examples to NDK and updated compile instructions.
